To execute the necessary construction for the Salvador-Itaparica Island Bridge Highway System, it will be necessary to expropriate some properties that the government has declared to be of public utility. This will be done with prior and just compensation, in full compliance with existing laws.

The Concessionaire employs both in-house and outsourced teams with a broad range of expertise in social, legal, and evaluation engineering. These teams will work diligently to minimize any potential impacts of the construction.
